They were a bit rough when brushing my hair which is bleached and it felt like a lot of it was getting ripped out by the brush. I use a Tangle Teezer which causes very little breakage so it would be good if they invested in a couple of these.

I had my hair washed and just as the hairdresser was about to trim she told me that I'd be charged an extra £10. This should have been mentioned before. Besides this Denise was professional and I was well impressed with my trim.
