It was my first experience through TW, however I was a bit shocked by the way this was handled. The original booking was rescheduled twice after the manager called me to come earlier, which I couldnt because of work. The place I went to was empty despite asked to come earlier because of "ques". There was no music playing and it was a bit awkward. The hairstylist was sweet so I feel bad writing this. However, the haircut was mediocre, the atmosphere was awkward and the place didnt even know about my booking, thats why I had to remind them that I had washing and styling included. Since there was no music playing, I could hear the two hairstylist whisper something in the back between one another which only added to the overall awkwardness, As I said, the woman who did my hair was very sweet so I feel bad for posting this but the result did not match the price, nor my commute over there and the experience I had was somewhere near awkward and uncomfortable.

Really impressed by this place. Extremely quick wax, but very thorough, and a very light touch - I read 15 pages of my book, which proves it was fairly painless. They also have a well behaved dog in the waiting area (big plus for me), and loyalty cards.
