The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was lovely although not much conversation as she did not appear to speak much English. The stairs down to the basement treatment room were very steep and quite scary! Also my feet were soaked in a washing up bowl with warm water fetched in a jug from the other side of the room. Other salons I have been to have easy chairs with soaking facilities at the front and back massage which is lovely. Overall a good experience.
