Well, if magic were real, I’d call it so. I was exceptionally pleased with the services offered. Or should I say with the results? Magic! The Doctor was very experienced and reassuring.
Dilan was highly professional, reassuring and distinguished herself through empathetic customer-centricity.

The venue is beautiful and the treatment went smoothly with subtle improvements in the desired direction. The cosmetologist is knowledgeable and professional. There were a couple of challenges, though: (1) It hurt a lot!! (2) I’m uncertain if the chin is fully symmetrical and may need an adjustment or time for the filler to settle, and (3) receiving aesthetic advice was somewhat difficult due to language barriers.

I had my first waxing experience at Shefa Beauty Lounge, and I couldn't be more impressed.The salon itself was spotless, and I immediately felt at ease. My beautician, Dilan, was amazing. She was friendly, informative, and made sure I was comfortable. The waxing was virtually painless. I left the salon feeling smooth and confident. Highly recommend both the salon and Dilan to anyone considering beauty treatments.
