The room was not very clean.
When it came to my wax, it was not done well; she repeatedly went over areas that has left my skin raw, whilst still not removing all the hair.
During the wax, a colleague entered the room whilst I was exposed without covering me up.

Had to wait half an hour past my appointment time to be seen, with little communication from staff. I felt very rushed when in there, with reception calling to the therapist saying the next client was there. Lots of hair left unwaxed.
