Check hair length before you book. I got charged £10 extra on arrival which was disappointing for such a basic hair cut.

Came for a haircut. Thought I was getting wash cut and blow dry. The treatment was apparently unclear to staff on treatwell so only received wash and cut with half blow dry, leaving the salon looking like a boofy wet dog. So unimpressed! The hairdresser kindly offered me a discount for next time. Felt worse leaving then when I came in.
