I arrived into the salon and instead of saying hi welcome etc a male dresser pointed over to and yelled something (wasn’t in English) at another (very nice) woman colleague about me
They then said my hair was thick so they’d charge me an extra 10 pounds
I said it never said this on their treatwell account, when I was booking, the confirmation email or the text message, which I explained
I left shortly after as I was I thought charging extra and the way they handled it was awful
