My therapist was incredible. I do not envy the task she had, but she was professional, attentive and really kind. She made a embarrassing appointment much less so. The only reason I am marking down is because I booked my appointment for 6:15, the salon changed it the next day to 6:30 and then the actual appointment started at 6:45. Which adds a lot on to the evening. It also meant I didn’t have time to get my nails painted, but I still paid the full price. So not great.

This was my first time at this salon. The therapist (whose name I didn’t catch!) was brilliant. Really fast, really easy to talk to and somehow made this pretty much pain free which is a new for me. Will be back every time to get my brows done.
