Metaxia did a great job with waxing but not at sugaring. The sugaring treatment was more painful than at other salons as she had to repeat areas. This might reflect the expertise of the therapists.
Further, the reception staff is a bit rude here. I wanted to cancel/reschedule the Hollywood wax as I’d unexpectedly gotten my period on the day. In the back and forth, the receptionist made a comment on how most women know when their period’s due so I should’ve planned ahead. This was unnecessary.
