This is my second time getting my nails done at this salon, and I always go with Rehianne. She’s incredibly welcoming and professional, with a high level of emotional intelligence, she listens carefully, understands exactly what you want, and genuinely cares about the whole process and making sure you’re happy with the final result. She’s also very dedicated. Highly recommend!

Shocking experience. No privacy to undress, rough treatment, loud and chaotic throughout. No relaxation at all. Felt like corners were being cut. I left more stressed than I arrived. Would not recommend.

Honestly this was a bit disappointing. Basically just putting a face mask on a letting it sit for a bit. No additional facial element in my opinion. All other facials I’ve had had some sort of massage element, but this was more just applying a product and letting it sit. For close to £100 you’d expect a bit more than that.
