They seemed surprised when we arrived and there was no welcome. I had booked for my friends and I to have treatments at the same time. There was confusion around the bookings, I was accused of booking 10 times which I did not!
The beauticians weren’t friendly and bickered with each other.
The salon was pretty basic for what I would’ve expected within Harvey nicks. The tables looked dirty as did the nail dryer. There was no friendliness. They tried to sit me away from my friends whilst my nails were drying which I stopped them doing as the whole idea was that this was a fun pampering session with the girls.
My nails looked nice at the end but there was no fun or ambience.
Stella is a fantastic nail technician - her attention to detail and professionalism means I will definitely return. I left with beautiful nails and hands like new! Thank you!
I love going to Shavata for my nails, I always have a pleasant experience with them. The staff are really nice, especially Stella who usually does my nails.
