Therapist made sure I was comfortable & really listened to what I wanted, & more importantly what I did NOT want before proceeding. The shape was spot on. This was important for me because my regular threader elsewhere had left, her replacement totally messed up my brows so I'd had to fully grow them out. Was really pleased with the service & total experience. She took extra time to make adjustments that I asked for and applied a second tint when I wanted them darker. Relaxed friendly 5* service
