Really disappointed with the final result of my hair. Once I got home and properly checked the back and underneath sections, I found multiple missed root areas, patchy colour application and large blonde sections where the pink hadn’t been properly applied or saturated. I also had to wash my hair immediately due to bleach/colour residue left on my scalp and around my ears. The salon did eventually offer a 50% refund, which I reluctantly accepted.

This appointment was for my mum as it had been some time since she had a haircut. Alex was lovely and my mum enjoyed her appointment. She is thrilled with her hair!! Thank you Alex! xx
