This was my first time at Shapeshift and I have to say I was impressed. Sophie listened to what I wanted and made some suggestions herself. Sophie explained what she was doing throughout and also how to style my hair when I was at home. I’ve already booked for my next appointment.

My daughter gets really anxious about having her hair cut, but Alex was absolutely amazing with her, making sure she was comfortable and happy the entire time. She loves her hair and cant wait for the next cut! Can't recommend her enough
