After not having my hair cut in a while I was in a rut and was ready to have it cut off after growing it for ages. Sophie talked me through what we could do to keep the length but give my hair style. Sophie made me feel very welcome on arrival. She offered advice for my hair colour and style. She is very friendly and down to earth. Had a lovely cup of coffee while waiting for my balayage. My eyebrows waxing and tinting was done very professionally. My overall experience was relaxing,enjoyable and walked out of there feeling beautiful. Thank you Sophie.

Sophie is amazing at hair and make up - I dont have a clue when it comes to either and leave it up to Sophie, I told her what I was wearing and immediately she knew what style hair I should have and what colour make up to style with my dress. She is really lovely and super easy to talk to.
