It was my first time waxing and I’m glad I came to Ishita. She was so caring and friendly and made conversation to distract me from the pain and also explained to me thoroughly what she was doing. The pain was not as bad as I thought and I’m sure it’s because of her method. She was very quick as well which made the experience better and she was thorough in removing all hairs. I will definitely be back again. Wish I could rate her more stars!
