Was my first lash lift and I would have appreciated a bit more explanation of what would happen, how long I would wait for each stage etc. Also slightly underwhelmed by result for the time and money! But lady was lovely and friendly and I will be back for my threading which was amazing

Absolutely lovely lady who welcomed me in, she was very considerate throughout. The lady kept blowing on the wax to cool it down. It might have been better to lower the temperature instead as the wax burned a part of my leg. The wax was good with some patches.
