Overall experience was excellent.
The establishment appears as if its just been or being refurbished - completely clean and open.
I got greeted immediately and was offered refreshments before beginning my treatment.
Ishita was approachable, friendly and very accommodating. Listened and respected my every need. I could not fault my experience.
I can only say that the location of Shape Up was not immediately obvious, as it is within the Hair Salon/Nail Salon establishment. But perfect location only a 1 min second walk from Tube station
