I was warmly greated on arrival, offered tea or coffee. I was early but was seen at my appointment time. We talked about the hairstyle and shape I would have and after a very efficient shampoo the cutting commenced. I was really impressed with the cut and fealt it was really personal to me and my face shape. Big thank you to all the staff.

Scarlett was very attentive and went out of her way to look after me as did Wayne. Patricia was asked if she wanted to cut my hair while Scarlett do my colour, however Patricia seemed disinterested at the time which is why I asked Wayne to do the cut for me and I'm very pleased with the overall finish. First time to Shape and I would return. Although Scarlett is somewhat Junior the colour and result was just excellent, thank you
