Shane always makes you feel very welcome, comfortable and knows exactly where your issue’s are in his assessments and treats them accordingly. Shane is helping me recover from surgery and compensating muscle problems. I trust his advice and he keeps me moving and healthy. I first was recommended after a random accident which was not being diagnosed properly and it was a torn calf muscle. I highly recommend his services. He has been my go to person ever since.

Shane is an exceptional osteopath. My opinion is based on using the services of an osteopath for more than fifty years. I spend many hours driving performance motor cars and some car seats create a lot of back pain. A few sessions with Shane always solves any back/thigh pain. Shane has remarkable ability to find the exact spot and to manipulate the pain away.

I qualified as an osteopath in 2007, and I’ve been passionate ever since about helping people move more freely and live without pain. I take time to listen and treat everyone as an individual, drawing on a range of approaches including hands-on osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, dry needling (a form of acupuncture), RockBlades and RockTape. My aim is always to help the body reach its maximum potential and function at its optimum—whether that means easing long-term pain, supporting recovery from injury, or restoring balance and wellbeing. What matters most to me is making a genuine difference in people’s lives.
