I am a professional massage therapist and Body-Mind coach. If you have a knot - physical or mental - I can help! I am a professional member of the Massage Training Institute (MTI) with Diplomas in Holistic Massage Therapy, Anatomy and Pathology, and Indian Head Massage. I am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and am a member of the College of Medicine and Integrated Health.

Working holistically, Gerry blends his many years of experience in Eastern and Western traditions to treat you as a 'whole person'.
Gerry uses his expert knowledge of a diverse range of massage techniques such as Precision Neuromuscular Massage or 'triggerpoint' work, deep tissue, sports massage, Swedish massage, traditional Indian Head Massage, Myofascial Release, manual lymphatic drainage, Kinesio-taping and more to relieve pain and improve your condition.
Massage is deeply rooted in Gerry's family background in Burma and the Far East. This, combined with his 14 years experience and many years of playing sport and competing at a high level, means you get to work with a sought-after expert in his field.
As a trauma-informed coach and chronic pain specialist, Gerry uses his unique Body-Mind coaching and therapy to help you address physical, mental and emotional issues.
Gerry has been in practice for 14 years, is CNHC registered and qualified at diploma Level 4 with the prestigious Massage Training Institute. He has delivered numerous workshops and talks on holistic massage and the Body-Mind connection and has been involved in many health and wellbeing initiatives in Leeds and other cities.
