I don’t mind my hair but the woman who did it was really rough when washing and brushing my hair. I had to ask her to stop so I could comb it out. My hair also isn’t what the picture I brought in had. It’s not bad just not what I’d wanted

Best Haircut in years! The whole team has been amazing! They truly game me a fantastic afternoon. Alessandra gave me a perfect Balayage, exactly the shade I wanted - I did not know how to explain what I wanted and she was able to perfectly capture the essence of what I had in mind! Sara gave me the best Head massage and blow dry, I left the salon and I was turning heads on the street 'cause my hair was just absolutely fabulous! Ezio sat down with me for a good half an hour to have espresso and chat to try and understand what was the best haircut according to my lifestyle, for my general mood, personality and especially for my type of hair! He was absolutely brilliant and gave me the haircut I have always wanted! It is super easy to manage and perfectly highlights my features. Most of all the whole team cuddled me, listened to me, pampered me and mostly were able to understand what I was going through and what I needed from that treatment! This was a truly amazing afternoon! I left the shop and 3 days later I still feel confident as I just had my treatment! Thanks for making me feel like a queen!

Anna did a nice straight blow dry, and she and the rest of the staff were very friendly. Good coffee too! Happy to have found this place which offers good value for money.
