Sara was very friendly and listened to what I asked for. She cut just enough of my hair and did a natural balayage to my hair. The process was quick, in 1h and a half I was done as I was the only customer in the saloon. The only thing that I am not sure about is if she applied any conditioner after washing my hair, as even now my hair is very tangled. But overall I would recommend her and I am very happy with the result.
