Had quite a big change so was a bit nervous but sara? (I think - the Italian lady, apologies didn't quite catch her name but she was lovely!) made me feel at ease and more importantly, loved the final result!

Greeted By Gabriella and Sara who were both lovely. Sara sat me down asked me what I wanted, I have dark thick brown unruly hair, very fizzy. I showed her a photo after having a look at my hair she said no problem I will mix the colour, she was very confident mixed 4 different pots of colour and went and did a perfect balayage on my hair that hadn't been done for 4 months. She revived my colour and added highlights in all the right places, noner as my hair throws off a lot of gold. I am very happy with the colour and to finish off a lovely blow-dry with lots of body. Sara was great with dealing with what I saw as a total mess. Great job I will return in 6 weeks time for a refresh. It's always scary trusting a new hairdresser but Sara was excellent. Thanks :)

Music was extremely loud. Staff was alone and super rushed. I don’t feel like she took the time to do a proper blow dry. It lasted maybe 2h then then just flattened whereas I’ve had blow outs that last 2-3 days perfectly. I don’t recommend.

Booked again with Sara after a great experience in February. I wanted to go for a lighter shade balayage this time and she knew exactly what to do. Sara is super professional, extremely talented and always makes me feel comfortable and welcome! I will definitely be back!
