staff were knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted even though I didn't actually know what I wanted. I liked that they said they would match my natural colour an just did it without pulling out a colour chart an asking me to choose.
friendly and good products that smelt lovely.
felt totally at ease with what they were doing.
only issue was they don't have a card machine so had to call treatwell to sort out payment so pay on the app if you only have card.
