So pleased with my hair! Roberta did a fantastic job. I wasn’t the best at explaining myself but somehow she managed to understand exactly what I wanted. My hairs black and I had asked to go with blonde balayage which Roberta explained she could not do in one sitting without damaging my hair. Instead she offered a free refresh in two weeks. Would definitely go, the salon may look minimalistic, but the staff really know what they’re doing.

I highly recommend this place! You are treated well and feel special. I had hard time finding a good hairdresser in London for 4 years, I finally feel this is the place to come back only because you don't only get your hair cut with attention to detail but the personal experience as well. Alessandra does just the best head massage! Become part of this italian family!
