My best salon experience to date! The staff, Roberto & Francesco, were very friendly and most importantly, they listened to what I wanted and executed it with perfection. I am the happiest I’ve been with my hair in years and it’s all thanks to Joelle! I highly recommend as Joelle is affordable and offer such a great customer experience!

So i went to joelle shades at primrose hill, Honestly by far the most AMAZING and friendly experience ever. I loved their service they were so proffessional and just so so nice and were very precise with what they did to my hair! Highly reccomended. I love how they were all smiles all the time. I had Francessco and he was honestly the best ever from my experience!!
