It was my first time visiting Joelle Shades, and first time I dyed my hair - and I loved it. I'm usually very picky and like my hair done in a particular way. Francesco was my stylist and he created exactly what I was after! I wanted a natural looking balayage look on my black hair. I showed him a few examples of what I had in mind and he did just that. He coloured my hair with precision and care, then washed it and gave a mini head massage which was relaxing. I then had it blow dryed to my liking - again precise and gentle with his techniques (some places are rough with their blowdry but Francesco wasnt). The end result was great, with soft vibrant hair and I will certainly be back again.

The balayage colouring was fantastic, really natural looking and exactly what I'd hoped for. The staff were friendly and very skilful in achieving the effect I wanted.

True disappointment! I got a haircut here once before and it was great. However, this time someone else cut my hair: the hair was cut much shorter than what was agreed upon and the bun that was made at the end of the treatment fell apart only five minutes after I had left the salon.
