Deeply disappointed with the balayage, I wanted a lighter colour. Also there was one hour left to spare when I left (supposed to be 3.5 hours). They didn’t reply to my email either after, although they may have missed rather than deliberately ignoring it, still unsatisfactory.

The atmosphere was nice, and the hairstylist was too. However I am unsatisfied with the haircut I received.
Very positive experience, Sara coloured my hair and I have to say has done a fabulous job. I've visited many different salons over the years in London and this is definitely one of the best ones I've been to for a long time. Would recommend!
