An unexpected extra £20 cost for toner which didn’t initially help achieve what I’d asked for. The balayage looked more like highlights so I went back the next day and Nico was very helpful to make it look more like the balayage I expected.

Not happy with the result, I had to tone my hair at home just because my hair was very brassy, also they are not using anything to protect your hair from bleaching , I won't go back again.

Really great service. Sara really knows what she’s doing, she listened to me and did exactly what I asked for. Amazing, will definitely be going back there!
Sara was fab! My hair was multiple shades on arrival, left with a lovely ashy blonde. Would recommend
