Gabriella perfectly listened to my needs and request and performed the precise haircut I wanted, giving me lots of suggestions on how to care my hair in the meantime. She also made a perfect blow dry and I am extremely satisfied of her service.

Balayage by Nicole and Haircut by Nico. I would definitely recommend visiting Joelle Shades. Hairdressing at Joelle Shades makes you feel good, empowered and listened to, they pamper you with amazing espresso and deliver on all metrics! A couple of days after my treatment, Nico even took the time to see my again to check on my hair to make sure everything was perfect and offer professional recommendations on how to always have a radiant hair glow and future styles to make me feel confident!

Nico and Nicole are extremely pleasant people, however I was not impressed by the salon, which is not very well looked after. I can't say I am happy, I clearly asked to start to bleach my hair not too close to the root, and the result is more meches than balayage, it starts from the root and it' very stripey. NOT what I wanted!
