Nicole was great, very friendly and approachable. The venue was clean and atmosphere was good too. Haricut can do a little bit more layers/styles.
I was rather scared to get colour for the first time in 6 years - but Nico took his time to understand my need and found the perfect cold blonde tone for my hair. He was very nice and competent - I can only recommend.
