Gaby was very friendly and took her time to get my cut just right. She also made me a lovely coffee! Would reccomend.
I booked in with Nicole, after reading her reviews, however she didn’t seem to be there. Really poor communication, I gave the same description I always give when I have a blow dry. I have a long bob and like my hair blow dried with loads of volume on the sides and back, but just smooth on top. So it drops by the time, I’m and ready to go out. I had a straight blow dry no different to how I do my own hair, but actually it looks worse through bad product choice - flat and heavy on the roots from possibly the wrong shampoo or not rinsed well. Dry on the ends from not working conditioner through. Plus excess mouse making it look dull over shiny. I have had to re wash at home as so flat and dull. I voiced my complaints and was accused of being a scammer. To note it was an hour appointment that was started 10 mins late and I was out the door 20 mins later including wash. Shame as I think they are keen to please and looking to build clientele. However I do not recommend if you want to feel wow

Great attention to detail by Nicole, and she obviously knew her stuff. Great customer service. She did what I asked and didn’t cut too much off (which is always a typical fear people have when going to the hairdressers!)
I liked my treatment but I was expecting a bit more for a 5*. I got a last minute one and I mostly appreciated the great price, availability and welcoming approach.
