Unfortunately my appointment was cancelled twice at the last minute. When I arrived for the third appointment time the salon was closed. Still trying to get a refund as they have told me this can only be done via Treatwell. Other reviews say similar.

I had been a regular at this salon pre COVID. This visit marked my return after 2019, and unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience. The restyling of my hair was more of a cut in the existing style rather than a true transformation. I opted for a blowdry with the expectation of achieving lasting wavy curls, but the stylist recommended using a tong instead of a hair dryer for better results. However, the curls didn't hold well and opened up quite quickly. Not tight enough curls.
