A different aesthetician as last time, very nice lady. Unfortunately after inspection once home I’ve noticed the work is patchy and I have what looks like either a burn or a bad bruise where the wax was on my intimate area. The last aesthetician did a great job and used two different waxes to minimise pain and maximise removal. This time the aesthetician told me that the last aesthetician texted her to say only use the one kind. The result is disappointing after a good first visit.

Haifa is a beautiful soul with such a great professional approach. This is my second visit to the salon but feels like I’ve known Haifa for many years. My hair looks great, so soft and silky. She even managed to fit in a pedicure. I cannot recommend her service enough.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here with my lash lift. I did not get the desired outcome I wanted (both lashes are barely lifted and uneven), and although I didn’t raise my complaint immediately due to having to rush back to work, I did it via WhatsApp late at night and received a very unprofessional response, accusing me of lying, that she’s never received a complaint and that I should be grateful for the price point of the treatment. Would not recommend and will not return.
