When I arrived the shop was shut. I rang them, they said they would be 7 minutes but it took 15. I told them many times I had somewhere else to be but she kept faffing around asking if I wanted my eyebrows threaded and can she do some threading. I have never had to have that and always just have a straight wax. She didn't show me in the mirror and when I got home and looked there were lots of very long noticable hairs so I've ended up having to pluck them when I paid for a wax and got stood up.

First of all when I arrived the shop was closed. I rang the number on the door and a lady said she would be 7 minutes. Over 15 minutes later she arrived, I told her I had somewhere else to get to. The wax itself was shocking. She said there were "a few" hairs left. I had to rush off to get to my next appointment but later when I looked there were A LOT of hairs left, rendering the whole experience pointless.
