Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here with my lash lift. I did not get the desired outcome I wanted (both lashes are barely lifted and uneven), and although I didn’t raise my complaint immediately due to having to rush back to work, I did it via WhatsApp late at night and received a very unprofessional response, accusing me of lying, that she’s never received a complaint and that I should be grateful for the price point of the treatment. Would not recommend and will not return.

When I arrived the shop was shut. I rang them, they said they would be 7 minutes but it took 15. I told them many times I had somewhere else to be but she kept faffing around asking if I wanted my eyebrows threaded and can she do some threading. I have never had to have that and always just have a straight wax. She didn't show me in the mirror and when I got home and looked there were lots of very long noticable hairs so I've ended up having to pluck them when I paid for a wax and got stood up.
