The therapists at Serenity are excellent, and I have always had good treatments there. My husband also had a deep tissue massage which he said was really great.
The only slight negative is that the waiting area isn't exactly relaxing. Perhaps a couple of seats would be better than the high and narrow bench that offers the only seating at the moment. But that really is a minor point, and for a high street spa, Serenity really is very good indeed.
Classic Facials
Good value with the off peak discount. The masseuse called back after booking online because she could not do the time I booked online - this was inconvenient but it seemed a system issue rather than disorganisation etc.
