Had a luxury pedicure. The therapist, Gift, was excellent - friendly, professional and focused. She went over the allotted time of 30 mins by 10 mins as my feet needed a lot of attemtion. The benue is quote small and might be cramped when busy, but it's freat it opens in the evening.

Gift was a lovely masseuse, super friendly and calm. She seemed genuinely very interesting to talk to & I would love to see her again. However, the manager at the desk was untactful in asking me why I booked through Treatwell instead of direct with her. I had a discount so I was going to use it. She seemed to be rather annoyed by this and unfortunately this is not the first time she has mentioned it. As I pointed out last time, if she does not want Treatwell to have a percentage or for users to take advantage of their discounts, she should not be placing her company on the site! After such a lovely massage, this comment really put a downer on it. She could have at least mentioned money before. Very disappointed at this. Otherwise, in terms of cleanliness and other members of staff, it was a wonderful experience. Gift comes highly recommended from me!
