Asta was lovely and gave me an excellent facial. As I arrived early, I was offered coffee and biscuits, which was very nice. I was kept waiting but it wasn’t a problem and I quite enjoyed chilling out in the comfy chair with some magazines. Treatment was a decent size, positioned slightly away from shop front and was very clean. Nice music playing in background, etc. Had a hand and shoulder massage included for the bargain price of £35. I was given my full 50 mins. I cannot fault it. Shame Tolworth isn’t nicer but, for that price, who’s complaining about the view! 265 bus stop is located right outside the salon. It’s opp a Costa coffee and a giant M&S food hall.

Says my therapist was fantastic, making sure I was comfortable, explaining the treatment before it started and doing a really great job. The hand, neck and shoulder massage while my mask was on was a nice touch and really added to the experience. Great experience overall.
