I actually did not have Kim Kim. I had someone else and don't know her name. The dying was good but the shaping was average. Some of the reason might be because I usually get my eyebrows threaded (someplace else) rather than waxed. Also, my other place trims the overly long eye brow hairs which this therapist did not. However, she was very pleasant.
