When I asked could she clean under the nails, she was reluctant. I didn’t find her particularly warm . I’ve had much better pedicures elsewhere but perhaps she should improve on her people skills, listen to the client and it would be a much nicer experience

The service was abit sloppy this time unfortunately and the technican was kind but seemed inexperienced. He cut my skin when he was trimming my cuticles and this led me to bleed and is quite sore.
