However I see are friendly and professional. My nails last forever, if only they didn't grow! They also offer tips as they go, and explain what they're doing.

I've never rated anyone this bad but I took my elderly mum and daughter for their haircut which they were so looking forward to but was completely spoiled coz of VERY rude lady called Gemma who told me I cant have the haircuts as am 10 mins late and refused to refund the money which I had pre-paid. So honest advice- AVOID THE SALON if you can and if you cant, then dont pre pay as you might lose your money if you get stuck in traffic etc.

AWFUL experience at this salon with very rude staffs. I booked 2 haircut appointments for my mum and daughter, and when we reached the staffs didn’t even greet us coz we were 10mins late. They started with my mums haircut and took longer than what they estimate and came back saying we’ve run out of time and can’t do your daughter’s and you’ll need to reschedule. I agreed and then the drama began as I was naive to prepay for both appointments, they refuse to do refunds and want me to pay again.
