Jemma has been cutting my hair for 10+ years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is the nicest, warmest, most welcoming & friendly person. She does a fantastic job cutting my hair & is great with kids too.

Belle is really customer focused, really chatty but exceptionally thorough and competent. She holds & responds to conversations while doing a fabulous job in my nails. I will definitely return. The salon is lovely as are the resident dogs. Superb

I have been going to Serenity for years now and use a lot of the services that they provide from massages to nails and hair. All of the ladies are lovely and welcoming and provide an excellent service. I especially love Sandra’s massages. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Jemma was fantastic with my 9 year old son who'd previously got upset/anxious following his last hair cut at a barbers. She really listened to what he wanted and talked him through what she was doing and took off only what they'd agreed. She has a really understanding approach and is very skilled. We'll definitely be back.
