Sandra was lovely and we had a good chat. Waxing result was excellent. I have very fine and sparse hair and was previously offered a reduced rate because the treatment doesn’t take as long as scheduled. However, I was not offered this, this time.

Sophie was very friendly and we chatted a lot. She did nick my toe which made me yelp, but it wasn't serious and she was very apologetic. She accommodated an on spec client whilst seeing to me which I was concerned about due to my parking ticket, but she kept to her word and finished me in time. The finsihed pedicure was excellent.
