Having just moved to the area I was hoping for a new local and I'm so glad to have found a great one! Sandra was friendly and professional. She is clearly experienced and made my wax as quick and pain-free as possible. That the salon uses Lycon hot wax is a bonus. The salon is clean and modern (and there's a friendly puppy for so I'll definitely be back!).

Jemma is very good at making you feel very comfortable (i never usually feel comfortable at hairdressers) and I feel happy to let her cut my hair without really having to go to great lengths to explain what I like. I’ve been twice to Serenity now and will definitely return. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
