I always have an amazing experience here whatever treatment I am having. Sandra is welcoming and friendly not to mention a fantastic beauty therapist! She really knows her stuff. I Will be coming here for as long as the salon runs. By far the best I’ve been to (and there have been a few over the years!) thanks ladies x

I had my first visit to Serenity and it was also my first pedicure since lockdown restrictions had lifted. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and it felt very safe in the salon. Their Covid procedures were excellent and having to wear a mask during the treatment didn’t bother me as much as I thought it would (I even forgot I was wearing it). Julia was fantastic and I felt very relaxed and pampered. I would highly recommend and will definitely return for other treatments.

Julia really takes a pride in her work and her customer service ethos - professional, thorough, caring and friendly - I always look forward to my pedicure sessions with her. Moreover she does not clock watch and takes the time to make sure I am happy with the finished product. Thank you, Julia.
