I really look forward to my facials with Sandra esp as life has been a bit hectic recently. What I appreciate the most is that we catch up with a few minutes chat and then Sandra takes charge to ensure I relax and get the most out of the experience. She leads with relaxing breathing techniques and then doesn't say another word until my time is up. I love the soothing music and that Sandra keeps me warm and snug throughout. My skin always feels lovely and glows. Can't wait for the next one.

Another great visit serenity, Natasha did an amazing job on my T-section highlights! She really knew what she was doing and the results look fantastic. The highlights are perfectly placed and blend beautifully with my natural color. Also, akways go to natasha for trims and akways turns out great and my hair grieing healthier. I'm so happy with how it turned out - definitely recommend Natasha for anyone looking for expert highlighting work!

Natasha has been cutting my daughter’s hair for a couple of years now. She is always welcoming and makes my daughter feel comfortable and she always comes out with a smile on her face. Hair cut is always great 😊

About

I own and run Serenity Hair and Beauty, along with my mum Sandra who is a holistic therapist. I see my own clients, manage other members of staff, whilst also keeping everything running smoothly in the salon. I love working with my clients and really focus on the customer service I provide. A lot of my clients have been coming to me for years and I enjoy building up the relationship and trust. I adapt to every client and their own personal preferences – some people love to chat, and others want to enjoy the experience and relax. People think hairdressing is a really glamorous job, but I can assure you that it’s a lot of hard work – and you definitely need good maths, English and science skills as well! I had my first experience of hairdressing whilst I was 15 and still at school, and I was then offered a Saturday job in the same salon. I now have my NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Hairdressing, Barbering, Colour Correction and Assessment of Knowledge, and NVQ Level 4 in Internal Quality Assurance, as well as a qualification in First Aid. I was working as a Salon Manager for around 5 years before I decided to open Serenity. I take the development of my team very seriously and am always encouraging their professional development.
