I was so disappointed. Staff was trying to be kind but she could be intimidated and that makes me feel uncomfortable. And I don't think she has a good skill. After coming back home, I found remained wax on my thigh and all over the area as well. The treatment room was kind of clean but not prepared with all kinds of stuff like another salon that I've gone to. I had to find tissue by myself. I don't think I will revisit this salon.
