Booked it the day before, she was alone and slightly overran with the previous client, but the wax literally took 20mins. She was very competent, and didn't have to go over any area except the most tricky (and I have particularly tricky areas) twice. Didn't get a receipt emailed to me correctly, but she's thoughtful and kind so I would definitely go back.
