Had my eyebrows threaded at Serenity, and they were done very quickly and efficiently. I got asked a few times how I'd like certain parts done and if I was happy at the end. Was very happy with the result!

Nice enough salon but not the usual calming ambience. Beautician was friendly. i was quite disappointed in the overall wax as she missed lots of hairs on my legs. felt very rushed, when booking it said it would take three times as long. Wouldnt go again as they didnt seem to care about doing a good job.
