I've been here several times and have always had a great experience however unfortunately this one did not live up to my expectations. The treatment was incredibly quick. I had left it longer than normal so was expecting more pain, however it really was a lot worse than I've ever experienced. It was only when I got home that I noticed extensive bruising which caused me great discomfort. Upon discussing my experience with friends and doing some research I feel that it wasn't consistent with treatment standards one might expect or that I have received before here. It was a real shame as previous experiences here have been so positive...hopefully it was a one off!
