Fantastic experience and great result.
I usually get my lashes done by Basia, who is incredible. This time I was with Nigit and the entire experience was just as fantastic.
I’m always warmly greeted, which I love, and my requests are listened to. Today was no exception. Nigit did a fantastic job with my infills and was kind enough to chat to me throughout. My lashes look almost like a new set, which is incredible for infills!

The therapist was not friendly. She rushed the treatment and didn’t do a good job at all, she was complaining about the fact she was on her own and she wasn’t happy about working so much the past month.
The salon wasn’t clean and whilst I was sat waiting I could see very clearly the client record cards with people details on.
I will never return there, I have never had this experience with waxing before.
I was glad to rush out of there to be honest.

Had a lovely experience whilst at the salon everyone I spoke to was welcoming and lovely however I’ve had the acrylics for less then two days and one has already snapped and not done any heavy usage of nails just been on my laptop- haven’t even gone to work not durable at all
